In our cam program, about 8 or 9 every 10 new CPA (PPL) affiliates, create the free accounts themselves with proxy/vpn and temp emails, some even use always their same IP for all account, same IP they used to create the affiliate account 
This is ok, but we're always wondering how to tell them that their fraud it was so easy to see from us. Some will reply very upset. We normally write a few info like IP addresses, emails and other things they made that is so obviously fraud, as if you simply write them "your sigups are fakes" they will say this is not true, and they will write in all forums that we do not pay with excuses. If you also post the list of vpn (or at times, same own) ip's and stuff, at least they don't say it is not true. However, then some will say they're so poor and unlucky and please pay me the same, like if we are so bad for not helping them, after all they spent lots of time into making fake accounts.
Some, will say it was "a friend" who made fake signups using their affiliate accounts, and so on.
Just as example, this is one from today:

No I never used fake signups when referring people to TubeCamGirl. One of my friends could of possibly used fake emails or a VPN/proxy of some sort to get me banned as I told him to sign up and I guess he just wanted to get me suspended so I wouldn't obtain my earnings..

Your "earnings" all came from the fake signups anyway. The account is yours so if fake signups is made by you or "friend" is same, that's your account. If you have read the "instructions" page, we do not allow signups from proxy/vpn and so on - also in case of chat traffic you had to contact us in advance (have you read instructions page?)...

Well could of the people I gave the links to use a vpn anyway i dont understand what a vpn is i never used fake signups Im just trying to get some money because I have no other job or way of income and my boyfriend and family has abandoned me. it just sounds unfair that i was giving links out to people in chats and that I cant get my money

We are not the red cross or united nations. All of the signups of payable amount was fake. It is not like, there was some good signups and some bad signups, all was bad. Sorry.

... I wonder if I was too much mean in answers, but really we get several new cheating affiliates every single day and lots of those emails going with them every day and when they tell sad (and probably fake too) life stories begging for help, I end up psycho.
