I checked it qickly - the movies I clicked are hosted on a huge (Chinese I think) Asian site which has been around for a while now, if that's the case with all the movies then they are no more guilty than Google (at least from a legal point of view)

That figure was reached after Judge Florence-Marie Cooper required the site to pay $30,000 apiece for 3,699 proven infringements.
