    Seem's like all the animal killers come from my state

    First the lion guy, now this douchebag.

    Hopefully they throw the book at him. At the very least, a $500 fine for illegally killing a deer out of season.

    Boater chases deer to death in Minnesota, harassing it until it drowns

    The DNR is investigating the death of a large buck that grew tired and eventually drowned in Tulaby Lake after being followed and harassed by a pontoon driver.

                  Well, the DNR could seize his boat, take away fishing license for life etc. The last case I remember where they threw the book at a guy was 5-10 years ago. Limit in the state for sunfish is 20 in possession. They guy had 100 on his boat and another I think 500-600 at home in his freezer. They took his boat, vehicle used to tow the boat to the lake, 1 year in jail and a 10k fine.

                              i'm not an eye for an eye guy, that's middle ages punishment, violence begets violence begets violence... and i abhor violence.

                              nevertheless, that's really a horrible thing for that guy to have done and maximum penalties under the law should be applied.

                                  In SoCal we have that problem with same species of fish and a certain species of people.
