Well it was for something i did not care at first, and it's been going on for over a year and it turned out it was doing pretty good i really was not paying too much attention ... My fault no argument here

Yes the service is ok but hey, when you advertise publicly on your site : payoneer.com/WithdrawToBank.aspx and that features is in the MAIN MENU for everyone to see, and you are NOT actually offering that feature, well.... i call that "scam"
