hi, can one unverified account send or receive money from another Paxum member? Or only verified accounts

Unverified Paxum account-holders can RECEIVE payments to their Paxum account no problem.
However, unverified Paxum account-holders cannot send any transfers, and they cannot withdraw any funds until the account is verified.

It allows new customers to receive money, if they wish to, while they are setting up their account. We assume that all clients will verify their account, as there's really not much point in having a Paxum account unless it's verified.
If account verification is not completed, the funds will remain in the account until the account-holder verifies the account and can withdraw/transfer it.
