marlboroack is not owed any refund at this point.
Looks like USPS lost the return package. marlboroack should have purchased $780 worth of insurance when he sent the return package, so that if it got lost, he could file a claim against USPS.Comment

Look dude, I have not received the package back yet, Even tho i didn't I told you and paypal if you sent me the license I signed to me voided I would issue refund, YOU REFUSED that offer,
Everyone else i have dealt with on here all have received their content and if something got messed up I went the extra mile to make it right cause they talked to me like a man and didn't start calling me names when shit happens in life.

Exactly. The Post Office losing a package, which - even with the tracking link that Marlboroack HIMSELF posted - shows it was never returned. There's no way that AfterHours can be faking that.
I have dealt with & licensed content (some of which, in full disclosure he has hired me to shoot) for nearly six years, without issue.
I can't really say anything negative about Marlboroack either, from my own personal experience {I won't get into hearsay, but you all can read GFY for yourself...}, other than the fact that about 3 years ago, for no real reason with some business we were doing...he fucking called my house (which wasn't necessary at ALL!) at like 6 in the damn morning on a Sunday {and I live in Vegas, if that's any indication of how pissed off I was!}...
But, I am making some popcorn and keeping an eye on this thread, because I doubt that anyone has anything bad to say about AfterHours...

I think he needs to look up the term scammer, I sent him what he paid for and he turned it into a huge mess with paypal and now here, I guess he thinks I own the post office and we teamed up to scam him, and he refused the package not once but two times,
I scammer would have just taken his money, sent nothing and closed out his paypal and been gone
I think he just changed his mind about the deal or something, So just refused the package and never thought the package would get lost and paypal would side with him, He was already demanding a refund before the package was refused on the 8th, SMHComment

Not sure how sending someone a package and them refusing it is a scam? and he did a paypal charge back and refused to send a voided license so they closed in my favor, By law since i haven't received my product back i don't have to refund shit, He is the one that used the word PORN with paypal so my limited access to my account is on him, When I receive my voided license and can access the funds I will be open to a refund so how is that a SCAM? You think ebay or amazon would have issued a refund without the product being returned? Why don't afterhours contact them to explain what he sent? Then no one has to resend or refund, this mess is cleared up & marlboroack can re purchase the content.

first Brandon was emailed the receipt of the shipment and has filed a 100$ claim with USPS, 2nd He refused to send me the license i signed back voided so paypal ruled in my favor, He had a chance to end this a week ago but thought paypal would side with him and he could keep a signed license from me, The deal was for licensing so as long as he has a signed licensed he has what he paid for,
I sale on Ebay and firearms on Gun Broker with no neg feedback and i been doing business on here for 5 years now, I can't even access my funds in my account for 30 days cause he used the word PORN when he filed the claim so paypal but me on a short time out, Only thing i can do is receive money right now so everything I make on ebay i can't use thanks to this asshole, Only reason they didn't close my account is my account brings a lot of money in from Ebay,
Brandon is making shit up and lying, he has faked a youtube video saying i have people out to kill me, faked a website "who is" trying to say i was pretending to be someone else on here posting, called my hosting company trying to get my accounts closed, called CCBILL trying to get a refund from them and try to get them to close my accounts, within a day of the post office messing up he claims, he Threaten to send people to my house to deal with me along with calling me a piece shit and other names, he is a child and if he doesn't get his way he makes shit up, look at the other thread he started all the proof is there, I am done trying to deal with this dude he can't even get his dates right, all he does is talk shit on people and then expects everyone to have his back,

If marlboroack is honest regarding spending a large amount of money & not receiving the contents of the package, I do feel for him, he should feel quite upset.
However, he has gone the wrong way about sorting his problem & shipping problems do occur. Blaming you from the start is idiotic considering you've offered a refund in return for the license & he did sign for of the parcel, proven, as he has the returns slip for the package. It's obvious it is actually Brandon that is creating the problem with this deal considering he only has to return the license!
