Hell the hosted galleries is not as big a deal as all the actual TOURS that have girls on them that are not in the members area. That really pisses people off.

Yeah, the ARS' BYOT system is notorious for that. Indeed, their TOS doesn't let webmasters use member area content for tours. Go figure.

That'll be reworked in the near future. I don't know much about the TOS, but I do know that tour content will be readily available right from the index page

Webmasters buy huge content packs like 5,000 pics for $99 which are sold 100 times over every day. They then realise how shit it is but they want to quote high numbers and they need content for design so they buy one decent cd so they have something to post and design from.
Unfortunatly those sponsors exist.

yep, the mega "chump em and dump em" programs that are fueling the whole VISA CB thing are tops in this method of "business"

I understand your thought on this and agree for the most part... BUT hosted galleries are basically the same as a gallery an affiliate can make with content NOT found in my members areas. So should i be worried about him being an affiliate that will bring in lots of CB?

For the record all my hosted galleries do feature content found in my members areas and i wouldn't have it any other way.

I wish more sponsors were like you. Maybe this would translate to longer retentions and less CB.
