No, just the stats were not showing proper data. They didn't show any click to me, but now I see some sales/rebills, however looking at the almost full period of July my earning dropped from ~$500 to ~$130. I complained, and I was told no need to worry, it will be fixed for sure, hopefully they'll be able to fix the db before the period ends.
Yes, 21SC is not easy to handle by "balkan" webmasters (like me ;) ) because of security (and probably other) reasons. But if you have a dedicated server with proxy its usually not a problem to reach 21sc sites.
I pray for 21sc boosted program with at nats v4.
