I was served with papers today... as I was walking out of my fucking house to my car.. some fuckwad walks up to me and yells my name, I turn to look and he shoves them in my chest, laughs, and says - consider yourself served.

Walk back inside my house, open it up... McDonalds vs. My Name and My Company Name. Defamation / Liable Suit seeking $1,000,000 IN DAMAGES!!!!

Apparently Mr. Michael didn't like the comment he was a "sperm-burping road whore".

Actually, it's quite common to hand deliver papers, I used to be a process server and I have said "you've been served" to quite a few people. We sign an affidavit saying that we dropped the papers in his lap. Sometimes they chase you down, that's why mace was nice.

I wouldn't have served you, Smegma. I would have told 'em that you weren't home.

Ray Krock bought the restraunt (and the name) from The McDonalds Brothers. The original (owned by the McDonalds Bros) restraunt was in San Brdo, CA. Krock thought they had an awesome idea that he could improve on and he bought it all.
