I have been there when literally a whole floor was being fired. Another time, Spike and I were in a meeting with a very high level (the floor below the Larry floor level) executive that I will not name when he was literally pink slipped during it pretty much mid sentence.

Most awkward closure to a meeting I have every experienced. They don't fuck around.
