It looks like they went from 10 virtual plans to 1 shit plan. And now they charge @2.50 per extra IP insead of $1. If they charge me an extra $1.50 this month per IP without calling me first I'm gonna shit in their mouth.

If hosting companies don't want small fries, they are going to lose out on a lot of money. Those "little accounts" add up to a shitload when you add tens or hundreds of thousands. If they write that off, they lose a big income. And they would be dumb asses.
