The negative sell works in insurance sales but has little effect on general web sales.
Unless, some garbage mouth is collectible, legal action for defamation is not worth the expense. They hurt my pride but not my pocket so I would have no tangible, but only imaginary damages. Most of these asshats are just a source of irritation and when they go broke for reason of their lack off any real knowledge of sales or marketing, they vanish only to be replaced by the next turd with the same lame song and dance.
As irritating to see as they are: Unless I have a cut and dry winning WIPO arbitration case to take their domain, I just ignore them as I know they will just die off and go back to flipping burgers.
