A website like this, a Wordpress tube will take you nowhere, unless you are doing it for some kind of other purpose, like getting links. If you want to work on tube websites, learn Linux and server administration (if you dont know it now), so you can get inexpensive hosting, and set up something like Mech Bunny or KVS tube. Get good graphic design / branding, set up social media accounts (with the branding, so they are there, you can work on it, later on), add all the features that can start making money (white label vod / paid videos, link to cams and dating, could be more things), add some ads and affiliate links to xxx pay sites, and whatever else is needed for a tube.

A general rule here is that it does not make sense to work on something like what you are doing, as this is more or less waste of time. You pay $10 per year for a domain, you will make like $3 from the ads, and in general it does not make sense. Either do something good, or work on something that makes sense, so you wont be wasting your time.

First thing it loads really slowly.
And the design, logo and colors looks like its from the 90s ;)

I agree with the comments above, your website needs some improvements As for advertising, maybe you should try to advertise cams, bongacash for example, my last discovery, have got quite impressive conversions

Any suggestions on themes fo wp tubes? Hopefully the way the content was loaded will work with it. Or suggestions to speed up the site

You need the better design as soon as possible, it looks terrible.
