There was more teeth to Choker's grievances with you than you are letting on as well, but like some have said it is all water under the bridge. What I find the most disconcerting is that it wasn't just one person yelling foul at you, it was 4 or 5 or more, some of whom I have done business with. And instead of going out of your way (at the time) to make things right with people you instead ran your keyboard at them in defiance. That I never understood from you. All it did was trash your reputation further, and you and I both know that the few truely professional business people here know when to piss and when to swallow the pride and just make things right.

I mentioned it already above. That was for a BUSINESS deal Brad and I made. I sent him a HD camera to shoot HD content. Part of that content was to goto AsianCuties.com which I also made a deal with him on. The site was done, tour up, Ccbill approved, and taking traffic. Brad had the camera and was supposed to start shooting HD Thai and Asian content for the site, and to sell on the content site. We were FURTHERING our business dealings after the initial misunderstanding. Everything was cool between him and I and a silly little instigator took things and twisted them around, fed Brad said twisted info while he was drunk, and everything was off to the races again. Now ask yourself if I really did do what was said in the initial accusation would he have partnered up on a site with me, and agreed to shoot HD content and increase my percentage on the content sales? Seriously anyone that believes I was in the wrong needs to open their eyes. There was a lot of people trying to spin things to spite me. I think we have all seen since that all happened Brad go off for no apparent reason on gfy, starting 20 or more threads on the same subjects.
This is all just silly. Lets say why that all took off. Can't ignore the elephant in the room can we? My political opinions and beliefs were opposite many on the board, and I spoke out about them. I used to enjoy political debates. I just stay away from them now, cause A. I just dont care as much anymore, and B. its not worth it to discuss politics on Gfy. That was why the many that came after me did such. It was a chance to kick me in the nuts.

Your right there was a delay. Brad disappeared and happened to reappear right as Sticky was taking me to my old town in VA to get a few things fixed for me. Unfortunately, having a cell phone there is almost pointless unless your with Altell (dont know if I spelled that right) or Verizon. Next part is not directed at you.
People can think what they want, but hearsay in court cases don't hold up in court so why should it here. Basically, people have their own opinions. Those who are miserable and unhappy with their own lives like to go online and mess with others. It's a shame that they act like that. It makes them ugly and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Yes, they were. Because he had threatened me and said to "beware, any of your new clients might be working with me" or something to that effect. So the one new guy I got I was suspicious of and made him out to be the bad guy too and he got the ones that were dupes. Did I make a mistake, yeah. But I didn't steal and resell anything. The graphic elements on those designs could be duplicated be anyone capable of opening Photoshop...even Headless. You can believe whatever GFY version you'd like. I'm telling you how it went down from my end.
I had absolutely NOTHING to do with CJOverkill aside from me being partner on another project. Kal (icefire) dropped that in my lap on day and said he was releasing it. I knew because I was associated with him, that I might have some issues so I consulted a lawyer. That was it. Again, you can choose to believe what you read here on GFY.
I'm really not going to spend my day defending myself over some board beef from 6 years ago involving some tgp templates. I've been ripped off on this board more than a handful of times, and I move on and get back to business. Why not worry more about yourself CDSmith and less about me and how you think I should handle myself on GFY.Comment

You tried to blame me a few different ways and it was your skills (or lack there of) that was the problem, not me or my content. The only reason you did redid the banners was to try and save face here on GFY. Had you taken more than a few minutes originally and done something passable like the final results...things might have gone differently.

Even someone with little to no Photoshop skills like yourself can see that the graphic elements of his old designs were easily duplicated. If you'd like me to show you how, I'd be more than happy too. You can add a few tricks to your repertoire.
Anyone purchasing anything from you stands the chance of potentially being scammed. You bill yourself as a designer, but you have no sense of design or real talent. And that is coming from someone who worked with you. Someone who paid you. I'm not a third party to the drama like you are in this instance here.Comment

Headless, you had no other choice but to redo them. The work of yours that I posted made you look like like an even bigger shit than you already are. If people weren't laughing at your or your work before that...they sure were after that.
You fullfilled your obligation, but that doesn't mean you had a satisfied customer. A few of the people you quote have had similar issue with me and they were taken care of. Why should you get a free pass, but not me or anyone else?

I know it's old stuff, but damn man, comments like that about a guy's young daughter stick with you. It's stuff like that that make some people "want to believe all the board shit." I most certainly did apologize, and yeah...I was out of line there. I believe that I was asked to here on the board and I did. I have purchased traffic from Choker on multiple occasions since these incidents.
PS. I don't think his daughter was all that young. She was working for him and I'm pretty sure he brought her to a few shows and folks were goo goo and ga ga over her. It was stupid GFY humor gone wild. You have to remember too, that was like 5-6 years ago now. I'm a grown up with a kid of my own. I can still be a smartass, but I have learn my lessons.

Whatever Jason Berardi (candyflip) says is a lie and everyone knows it.
He was not busted making "similar" designs - he was RESELLING MY GALLERIES> He was copying them from the Huns and other paid listing and stealing them from my portfolio and RESELLING them.
Not a damn thing to do with "similar" galleries or design in any way - he was blatantly reselling my galleries for $25 a piece etc... this is nothing new - since my work is on the top TGPs every day I have hundreds of galleries ripped off every year I am certain - however, Jason Berardi continues to lie and try and distort the facts and I will always be around to remind him he is in fact a liar.
It started when i was contacted by a client who said he was sold galleries that were in my portfolio and wanted to know if I was the original designer, which I was. He sold the guy $500 worth of templates, all stolen from my portfolio.
He is the reason I only have thumbs now
