                                              I do not wear my pants above my hip bones. I find that to be very uncomfortable. I have them down a bit around my hips, which means an inch or two of my underwear may be visible.

                                              Clothing is clothing. You can't say a certain article is banned from eyesight while you are wearing it.

                                                          Wrong. It will increase it. Why you ask? Well because now the criminals will be able to run faster since their pants are pulled up. These cops are taking away from millions invested in advertising by "the man" to convince thugs to wear baggy pants there by allowing fat lazy cops to catch them easier.

I was standing in line at 7-11 one time and there was two really young girls with their parent and in front of them some dude with his ass fully showing, and the little girls were just looking at him. I was like come on kids dont need to see guys asses in their face hanging out of their pants. Lets get real here.

I think its completely fucking wrong to make clothing illegal. If my underwear hangs out I can goto jail? Sometimes I run to get the mail and forget my belt. So if my pants slide down a bit Im taking a ride in a squad car? sheesh.

                                                                              should they have been arrested and put 93 days in jail ? As anyone ever been traumatized by seeing a plumber ass crack..? Wouldnt it be more reasonable to issue fines only for repeat offenders? 93+ days prison term ? Get real
