Anyone having issues with payouts from KinkyDollars.com?

    Anyone having issues with payouts from KinkyDollars.com?

    I know that things have been screwy over there at Kinky Dollars with ads not being displayed and half of the sites stats being migrated, etc.. etc. because they are trying to move their system over to NATS (which I am happy about)...

    But I noticed yesterday that I have not been paid since October 2nd.. lol

    I should have had several payments since then, but I've gotten nothing.

    I did send an email yesterday, but when I was looking to see if anyone else had issues, I noticed that several people here have had trouble getting replies...

    We have like 800 sites and promote a crap load of programs, but I do not promote them too heavily, so I do not check the payout stats that often. Although, I probably will promote them more once NATS is fully setup..

    I was never fond of their old system and tools, but their content certainly rocks.. they also need to get on top of the torrent issues with their content...

                      I had one place start paying an old bank account out of the blue and the money was bouncing. Maybe they're confused?

                              Aren't they already using NATS? Just v3 though? I haven't had any issues getting paid although my checks are sporadic with them.

                                              I've sent them tens of thousands of dollars worth of joins and I can't get the most basic affiliate support from them, so good luck on a timely response.

                                                  Never really needed support but I did ask them a question last week, yet to get a response.

                                                  Until someone can provide a credible reason not to promote them I'll keep doing so.

                                                      I believe that, so long as affiliates don't promote their cams and don't use their hosted ad tools, they'll get paid.

                                                      Just my impression though and it would disappoint me to be wrong, but it would not shock me after interacting with their current affiliate support.

                                                      Do you want to stop promoting them? What sort of issue are you looking to uncover? I might be reading your posts wrong, but it feels like you are looking for dirt.

                                                          No, the point of my posts is that they have paid me regularly so I'm puzzled why Pornopat said to avoid them, unless he means poor support.

                                                          While Kink keep paying and producing fantastic content I'll keep promoting them.

                                                          What I was really asking was, is there a reason not to ? Because from where I sit the monthly payments speak volumes.

                                                                          In december 2013 they shut down the account without a word.
                                                                          Robert who was then an ex employee was finally able to got Lenny to reply.
                                                                          Lenny told me that my account was disabled for fraud after Robert had allready told him the whole story.
                                                                          They also seemed to be surprised by my excellent conversation ratios of 1 in 900.
                                                                          Personally I dont think that 1 in 900 is very good at all but hey who am I.

                                                                              Yeah, my bad.. I said that without thinking.. I knew there was an issue and I was just going by memory.. and my memory is not what it once was apparently.. lmao

                                                                              The issue is their switch from kinkydollars.com to kink.com and the problems associated with it.. and they only have their dead sites there so far.

                                                                              That's what I am setup for as far as payouts.. still waiting on a reply from them though..

                                                                              5 days and no response to the email/support ticket yet.. And I have their main ICQ plus 5 more ICQ contacts from over the years which I have tried multiple times on all of those accounts and still have heard nothing back... uughh...

                                                                              I mean I can understand 2-3 days.. I myself have been guilty of that when I get backed up with work, email gets pushed off until I am caught up.. but 5 days is a bit much..

                                                                                  "We have escalated your message to the proper parties. Thank you!"

                                                                                  That was 2 days ago .

                                                                                  And... nothing since then.. not a peep. uughhh...

                                                                                      And then I got a reply from support.. Whoo-hoo! lol

                                                                                      Our apologizes for the delay in response. Our affiliate team was in Montreal this past week and we're working on getting caught up with all of the tickets. I have spoken with our Finance department and they have set your Paxum up to be paid as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot give you an exact date as to when your payment will be sent, but it should be within the next few days.
                                                                                      So I guess they were just behind.. but you would think they would have had at least one person in charge of tickets. lol anywhoo.. it looks like all is good..
