I thank you all.
Now the contractor
1 I signed with them in Jan and I was to be the 5th install of the year finished by May 20th.
They phoned me late may to say they could not show until late July.
I informed them I would charge back my deposit and see them in court.
2 They said they would come in late June but they needed to drop off the pool kit and of course get me to pay the other 90% at that time, once again we would be off to court.
3 between many no shows by my contractor, the concrete guy wanting a bribe to do his job, a two foot hole in my laneway and everyone trying to get extra for things "out of there control" this job could have gone up another 15k if I did not hold my ground.
I feel sorry for their customers that may be a little less agressive and get taken for a ride.My God there's Porn on here!
