Interesting part at the midway of that video, where about a dozen or so "tough" guys are walking down the street throwing rocks at the cops. Then a second later about 5 or 6 cops take off after them and those "tough" guys scatter like idiots and run, and a few of them get caught and beat on.
I'd say bottom line is, cops are assholes, everyone knows they can be assholes on a power trip, so wouldn't the best course of action be to avoid them? No sense being somewhere you shouldn't be, doing shit you shouldn't be doing, get your stupid ass beat in by cops just being cops, then later cry about it.
