                                                    There's also the thing where Obama sounds like an intelligent person who makes measured, coherent responses to questions as opposed to having diarrhea of the mouth and sounding like a 5th grader who was held back.

                                                                    Trump wasn't as bad as I expected but he had a few dumb answers and it's pretty clear he still has no substance. He's just pretty much chatting I'm Trump, MERCIA Fuck Yea...His closing statement was pretty bad but holy Fuck i think Ted Cruz preformed an abortion on stage, that being his closing statement..


                                                                    Also the whole God bs... You have to love how Fox changed the subject away from God as they started getting to the non nutters... Just a bunch of smoke and mirrors trying to help them not say stupid shit to make the base get their pitch forks..

                                                                    The fucking sad part about the entire ordeal, is even as someone whom hated the last two Bush's Jeb Bush is the only one on that stage whom I could see as having common sense on most of the made up issues..

He even said we don't need to be dumbing down our schools if we want to compete on the world stage..

                                                                                                                            Nobody on that stage had time to say anything specific. Rand Paul even pointed out that he's the only one in the race that has actually mapped out a 5 year plan.

                                                                                                                            Only Trump is being held to this kind of standard because the Republican Party wants him out (they can't control him).

                                                                                                                            Show me any SPECIFICITY that was displayed by any of these candidates on the campaign trail.

                                                                                                                            There isn't any. And there NEVER is when people are campaigning.

                                                                                                                            You don't win votes by boring people with minutia. You win by laying out your general idea.
                                                                                                                            It would be like you going in to do a sales pitch. You don't spend hours explaining every detail. You lay out the general plan. Paint with broad strokes.

                                                                                                                            Having said all of that...I see Huckabee as scary. He's charming as hell and knows how to work the camera. And is a religious nut who I hope never becomes President.

                                                                                                                            Matter of fact, every politician that has ever babbled about Jesus Christ (which would be all of them on that stage tonight except Trump) should instantly be shunned politically. Why on Earth would any of us want people who profess to believe in superstitious nonsense as our President?

I mean, the economy is doing so bad that even Fox news is telling us it's doing good: US unemployment benefit filings rose to 270,000 last week, but level still near historic lows | Fox News

                                                                                                                                        I am sorry but the last Republican president got us into two wars AND destroyed our economy, bringing us to what was clearly the lowest point during our lifetime and dragged the entire world down with it. Compare the last six years of Obama to Bush's eight years and you tell me who did better?

                                                                                                                                                That should tell you all you need to know about who NOT to vote for as a Republican.

                                                                                                                                                crockett hates the Republican Party. So if the enemy of your party tries to give you advice and you take it...then you're a fool.

                                                                                                                                                The only advice I'd take from crockett politically would be which Democrat to vote for.

You don't spend hours explaining every detail. You lay out the general plan. Paint with broad strokes.

He's charming as hell and knows how to work the camera. And is a religious nut who I hope never becomes President.

                                                                                                                                                        Matter of fact, every politician that has ever babbled about Jesus Christ (which would be all of them on that stage tonight except Trump) should instantly be shunned politically. Why on Earth would any of us want people who profess to believe in superstitious nonsense as our President?
                                                                                                                                                        The reason is because Trump has zero political experance.. He needed to step up to the plate and give details, not just lip service. Honestly it was his debate to win given his popularity but he didn't do anything other than thump his chest..

                                                                                                                                                        Think about it, what did you learn about his positions from watching that debate, that you didn't already know from seeing the news the last 6 weeks? This was his chance to show he has more than just talk, but instead he really offered up nothing new, just same stuff he's been saying. Which in reality he has nothing of substance to back up any of his talk..

                                                                                                                                                                    To bad the position of Vice-President is for losers and not a very productive member of the circle making decisions. A couple of guys up there would make great Vice-Presidents in charge of portions of the overall job.
