I think the worst part about all of this is two of the court justicies seem to have voted AGAINST the law to have sex with dead bodies against the law. one judge tried to make a ruling that the current law of consent that someone has to give consent and that it applied to the dead too, but it was shot down. But in that circumstance, someone could actually give consent prior to death to have their body fornicated and it would be allowed... though I'm not sure who would do that.
