    In jail for killing dogs and now he's filing bankruptcy saying he owes between $10 million and $50 million to creditors.

                                                                                                  Ok...throw in a token jail term and huge fine with a gazillion hours of community service at the local animal shelter.

                                                                                                  But how is dog fighting on the same moral plane as, say, manslaughter or sexual assault? Why the two year sentence?
