I have NEVER understood why people say this... take your site to what level? The level of feeding crap traffic to your trades and then losing all your trades because they all think your giving them low prod traffic, so their scripts will penalize you by reducing returns...
Although you can boost your site temporarily and look good saying you've got a 100K MGP... given a few weeks or a month and your site will be destroyed and all your trades will drop like flies.

I'm just going by what my buyers tell me.
As far as feeder traffic goes, they seem to fall into two groups;
1) Buying continously; these are the guys that have figured it out. They buy a constant stream of traffic (10K-100k/day) cuz they know they make money off the traffic, through either direct sales, banner ads, and/or trading the traffic away for better stuff.
