Know something about traffic? Need a job?

I'm looking to take on another person or two to help build internal traffic to my little network of sites, which are primarily BDSM related. There are many forms of generating traffic, and I expect you know your way around at least a few methods, and are confident enough in yourself that you can tell me that I'll see growth inside of one month...obviously not expecting a million uniques daily, but I do want to see reports of your work, and the fruits of your labour (on my dollar). I expect quality organic traffic, from link building efforts, or posting on (ONLY LEGAL) tubes, or whatever the hell you want to do. Just don't try and buy chinese traffic from a broker and pawn it off as your work

I don't expect miracles, I just expect constant incremental growth - which is not too much to ask for. I am looking for people interested in long-term positions.
