I probably wouldn't start a CJ or traffic trading site. I believe you'd be working your ass off to acquire garbage traffic. If you want to start cheap maybe start with a tumblr site (maybe check out crak media tutorial on tumblr) and build a following there. Good soft way to get into the biz and learning about it.
