Okay im trying to get a chargeback through, i talked to him everyday for almost 2 weeks, on till the day he had to shipout my content, havent heard from him since, thats frecking weird! so if anybody else havent heard from him, i will go get a chargeback made. sadly dough really like david, but he havent answered on MSN, ICQ, Email or even through a disroupt on paypal, and i cant call his cell phone just get some kind of weird biip sound!

14 days now since he should have sent the shipment out, and not one single word on phone, mail or ICQ since that excat day he should have shiped my order...... Isent there anybody else that have made order from this guy witch wonder where his at ?????

You had some complaints about the age of the guy for the young and old, I shot 5 more sets WITHOUT PAY, and I see a Paypal email about a chargeback the day I am gonna deliver it to you as per our conversation. Now I am fucked with paypal, not to mention how I heard from you every 15 minutes after you paid me. I was tied up with work and just saw this, I delivered 5 sets via courier, 6 sets via FTP.... FUCK YOU BUDDY! I wish I had never done business with you. I am gonna post the sets I did for you this weekend, gotta upload them to rapidshare. I did MORE than you asked for. But you sit and whine and complain, 6 sets with seniors and teens, and that is what you got. And now my paypal is fucked because of your porn chargeback. P.S. I DID refilm the sets per your request, but I am not gonna send them, I will sell them elsewhere since you have fucked my paypal.

You should just stop trying to be a content producer, you're a disgusting lowlife. You didnt keep it touch with your client and he thought you were gonna walk with his money, so he did a CB. It's your own fault

Okay, let get the REAL story David.

I ordered 5 sets from this guy, everything is fine we talk offten about alot of different stuff, the guy seems as a good fellow...
Then suddenly he disapear for 7 days no word no nothing, when he get back i got a sorry i moved and was waiting for a new internet connection! and btw while i was gone i got another guy from the philippines to shoot your content. hmm i thought, i was looking for mexcian content as i ordered but maybe this philippine content would work, so i acturaly agreed on this, as long as the content lived up to my specs girls 18-24 guys 55+ different guy and girl in each movie, minimum DVD quality ntsc or pal 720x480 in atleast 4000 kbps, and original stills. Ok im waiting and waiting and FINALY (after some more problems) i recived a DHL pack i rip it open to see my content, hmm only one DVD ? thats weird, i pop it into my drive and what do i get........
Movies shoot with a webcam YES a FUCKING WEBCAM!!!! stills are from the same fucking webcam, and the guy in each movie is the same..... i let David know at once, as he was the one that hireed this guy to shoot the content, and he says no problem i will reshoot it, i think well thats fine and i ask to get a ETA as there is already gone 45 days, and its to late for me to CB the money via Paypal. he says no problem i will have it out monday, i think GREAT!!! atleast good content on time...
monday when i turn on my computer there is a message, Im not done yet had some problems with the actors will send out as soon as possible... and then 21 fucking days of silence! i wrote ICQ, MSN, EMAIL, and private message on GFY NOT a fucking word! i even posted in this tread to see if anybody else had this problem, ive got a phone number, witch do not work when i try it from Denmark.

So David, you brought this on yourself, i tryed in EVERY fucking way to get in touch with you before i went down to my bank and to start the chargeback process..... and btw you cant just fucking leave for 21 days without a word when you have buiness running, and you already screwed me over once with the philiphin guy...

and one more thing i find it funny that you post in this tread before you even contacted me on Email, ICQ or MSN....

we could have done alot of buiness, but cant relay one a producer that suddenly takes of (more than once) and outsouce your content to some crappy guy with a webcam in the philiphins.....

But in the end, i really think David is a good guy, he have a hard time living up to what he promish, and when i have paid half up front and people just take off i will ofcaurse make a CB dont think anybody will blaim me on that, after all, you could have sent me a email, im on vaction the next 21 days, i would have thought it was weird, but would not have made a CB, so again you brought this on yourself!
