                      try to open an account with http://www.globalbank.ag/ and get a card from them. very easy.

                      They also offer prepaid giftcards ... just google related links.

                                          anyhow, I did not try them for online gambling myself, but I have used to them for commercial offshore accounts. Since they are based in Antigua I would guess they are OK for gambling :-)

                                                  I finally decided to open up an account here in Uruguay which will give me access to a local Visa.

                                                  I was looking for a quick solution, like pre-paid credit cards.

                                                  I would have made quite a bit of money if I would have bet on Nadal two weeks ago like I wanted to.
