i seriously doubt his team of accountants and lawyers would scheme to game the bankruptcy court. the court appointees who scrutinize those filings are paid on commission and have total jurisdiction and business control over absolutely everything during the entire process. even if he tried to hide a penny, he would be in deep deep shit.
i suspect that the way he has his business affairs organized and who the lawsuit named specifically play into things as well as all of his previous lawsuits, apparently those have added up to a significant amount.Comment
