I firmly believe in 2015 the best strategy is to acquire/attract the best talent rather than most affordable. One superstar is worth far more than 20 cheap hires.

I agree! I bit the bullet the other day and paid a lot for a high end programmer to bridge a technological gap I was having on my new project . So far so good

He got the grasp of every aspect of what the end result will be. Very refreshing.
