                                                            Who ever is doing it just keeps signing up with different accounts when one gets shut down. They are also using a service to send emails that look like they are coming from me and hide their IP. We are still gathering information on them and working with Microsoft.

                                                            We may be moving away from using skype until we get this under control and move to a ticket system for everything moving forward.
