Not always bots. Some "webmasters" use chat traffic without any bots for different adult / cpa affiliate programs. Just spamming and mostly this is poor traffic....

We have tried a few times with no results so I think its all bot traffic and a waste. Create some content pages on free hosted sites and then just provide a link to your site, I think you would get better traffic that way.

When I started in adult I've made my first 1k$ with that king of traffic , everything manual not using bots ! But now days is very hard to convert that traffic and I don't use those techniques any more for long time ! I prefer to work hard to get as many organic traffic as I can !

nah, a few years ago when things were hot I've managed to make 20.000$ in just a few months, with massive chatroulette operations using some macro software... :D I don't know how was the quality of that traffic, probably shitty, but I got paid every single penny... :D
