The only real struggle for me is getting to that next level of sales where I can hire a full-time manager. There are many, many projects I want to focus on but need the cash flow to do so. Fortunately I have a proven business model so it's rather easy to calculate what that magic # of daily sales needs to be. Soin the end all I need is....more traffic.
This is what keeps me motivated working like a dog seven days a week (and on a Holiday too, editing anal interracial videos LOL). But I am extremely close to that magic sales volume number so I see nothing but major changes and more revenue ahead. I'm a fairly happy fellow.
