People mostly speak russian and ukrainian ( very close languages ), I feel that there is a majoring 'village' culture spreading out, thats where bribes come from, we do business with those who we know. Urban culture is taking over big time here, cars, noise and stuff. Several mobile providers you can easily choose and by prepaid packages on the street. There are budget food chains and fucking expensive restaurants, service level is abit above 'maniana' , but if you insist on serving you they magically get their asses up and you get the chance to lower the tip because of that
I dont go disco but i heard they are not bad, girls are nice looking, but they are also soo $$ oriented, they can calculate ya on your look Beer is good and pretty cheap, me personally I would recomment Irish pub O'Briens for meeting up with friends.
