I had a feeling this was going to come up, even I had thoughts about it. the whole idea of hate crimes bothers me. Why should he be treated any differently for killing 9 people based on what his motivation was? Life no parole regardless. or death if you believe in the death penalty.
Are you saying that these 9 people are worth more because he hated them or are you saying that they would have been worth less if he hadnt hated them?
Hate crimes are in and of themselves anti equality
