    Business Average time for VEROTEL to make Profile Changes?

    For me its 16 months and counting.
    No wonder I'm not getting paid.

      Odd. Been with them a decade for processing, and I have never had any major issues.

      I would recommend you reach out to Jason if you're having that much trouble.

          I will I guess. I was dealing with Thomas before. 16 months to update a profile meanwhile invoices collecting dust... lol.

              I recently changed from wire to check so that I could receive my final payment. Received a confirmation email a day or two after I submitted the profile change request. Sounds like something went awry with yours.

                          Thanks for the replies. I have contacted Jason and hopefully, after 16 months we can get a simple address change in. I've asked to switch payouts as well. Hope I am not looking at 2018 for that.
