US Military Tired of Fighting says Top NCO at Ft. Hood

    Quoted from the today's newspaper:

KILLEEN ? A three-decade Army veteran called a "steel spine" by the defense secretary says he and most other soldiers would prefer never to deploy and fight again because they are tired, understaffed and underequipped.

You know it's bad when top NCOs say enough; but, they refuse to quit.... They are our boys!!

They are being used, abused and screwed as the Bush Admin starts to wind up for Iran just before elections.

Rachet up the Terror alerts and vote for McCain, or is it "Mark of Cain"??

Hmm thought they were not allowed to talk out against their government. I bet all the boys in WWI, WWII, North Korea, Vietnam, etc were all tired of fighting too. A lot of the reason they might be tired is the terrible bashing the war gets by the media, and a bunch of internet U.S.A haters too.

Funny though then you hear about all these soldiers requesting to go back tour after tour, after being injured, and they just keep wanting to go back.

This "war" is NOT a "war" there simply cannot be a "war on terror" Bush illegally started this "war" and if they "won" the war in Iraq why are we still there?

Complete withdrawal is the only option that makes any sense at all. Our top responsiblity is to OUR COUNTRY which is literally a couple bad decisions away from a total collapse. Our economy is completely fucked and our government is just printing more and more money to try to cover its spending but its destroying us all. We owe too many people money at this point and its only getting worse.

They are still there because everyone knows all terrorists have to fly through bagdad airport before they come to the USA.

So when can we roundup all the muslims and put them into camps? We did this with Japanese people during WW2 and we all enjoyed the commy hunts during the cold war. When can we do this with muslims? If we're at war with them why are we letting them run around the country?

All terrorists are muslim so that must make all muslims terrorists... lets round them up already!

God this "war" is the dumbest thing we've ever gotten ourselves into.

I think they are more tired of getting shot at everyday or lack of equipment or lack of body armor. Not some fucking words.
Also this war is easy to be for it, you have been asked to sacrifice nothing.
