    clips4sale stores and admin area down?

    can anyone login to their stores admin areas or even see their store online? i can't

      Yes.

      I can log into all but one of my stores via admin, and FTP.

      One store, I can get into the admin, but not the FTP part.



      Reported it two hours ago.

                      unfucking real, it's down again across the board

                      they did email me back 30 mins ago saying everything was fine now but that they had a server issue earlier

                          Once in a while there is a glitch in the C4S system. Last night my ftp connection was being "actively refused", but then fifteen minutes later it was okay again. The real issue is when the fuck are they going to fix the video previews so that 4x3 videos aren't squished and distorted anymore. I haven't been able to use previews because of that. Are you guys using the previews or do you have them turned off like me?

                              we use the previews in all the stores for all the clips, but we don't have anything that is 4x3, so it looks perfect to me

                                  Overall for all studios, I would venture a guess that 16x9 clips are in a small minority compared to all the studios that have 4x3 clips up there from old footage and even newish footage that they still film in SD. So it seems crazy they can't make the previews work for those studios.

                                      agreed and most is very "amateur" on there, so 4x3 would make sense for them

                                      maybe one day they'll come up with an option for you to select the preview based on 16x9 or 4x3
