What's so hard to believe that Vendi knows people in HA anyway? It's more of a social club than it is an organized crime or a gang. Practically none of them are aimless wanderers like they are on tv. They all have regular jobs, have mortgages and lead regular lives just like the rest of us. A little more rough around the edges compared to shriners i'm sure hehe
