I'm not sure why you would need to sign up through a large established program on ccbill. I first signed up to my first ccbill program in 2001 and I'm pretty sure that program is out of biz now. The only thing your 1st ccbill signup does is allows you to group all other programs under that account. No other programs ever see what ccbill account you had joined in the past.

Yo Goethe, just to reinforce what others have said AFAIK it makes no difference which site you use to start your CCBill account.
The system is a bit clunky & dated but it works. Support for the most part is decent, and it's super convenient far as payouts go. CCBill gets a bad rep from some folks here but I think a lot of the criticism is overblown - aside from occasional glitches with the backend admin functions I've had a highly positive experience with them for years.
And if you ever find yourself with some vintage/mature/etc traffic, consider giving DeltaofVenus.com a try. Humble small-scale program but converts/rebills great with the right traffic.*********
