RepScore is a 3 at signup. Below this means you did something very wrong. Rep scores over 100 signify that we generally consider the submitter "known and trustworthy"
scores over 200 are typically reserved for people that work closely with us to improve the site, find bugs, report abuse, etc
Number of submissions per day = (RepScore/10) + 3
rounded down.
So 140/10 = 14+3 = 17 listings a day.
So many changes, we will update submitter area soon, always so much to do
