    Have you ever douched your face?

    So I haven't been feeling well right? And my hombre said I should get this thing called Neti Pot. I like it because it has the word "pot" in it, and am a general sucker for anything involving....well, pot. But this doesn't have anything to do with pot. This is a little TEApot that you douche your face with.

    A face douche.

    The lady on the box had a great fucking time douching her face.

                                                      and "by not feeling good" I was downplaying the fact that I've had a fat sinus infection and possibly bronchitis that has had me laid up for a week. This is the best I've felt in days, hence the jokes....

                                                          OMG! I got sick after the PHX Forum and my doctor made me douche my nose. Actually the thing he made me buy looks more like a bottle with a squeeze top with a straw connected. I was like WTF at first but it actually felt good. I don't like getting water up my nose when I swim but this is nothing like that and it really makes a difference!

                                                                                              hum Not with the Neti pot, but I have some problems with the inner walls in my nose ( Insert joke about my HUGE nose here, if you feel like it, hehe) I think they call that "vegetations (in French actually)

                                                                                              But I do snort some warm water in the shower and Blow it out.. I can breath great after that but only for a hour or so, After it comes back.

                                                                                              I know there is a minor laser surgery for this now. I should go there some day

                                                                                                  And a lot of people use a Neti Pot daily, even if they feel fine. Face-Douching is not limited to the sick. Everyone can douche their face every day! I've never tried it but friends have and swear by it.
