          Don't suppose you've tried to load it with an ePassporte Virtual Visa by any chance? I'm just wondering if it works before I go out and get a Payoneer account (I imagine Payoneer and RevUp are pretty much the same).

              It's not pretty much the same I think, there is no peer - to - peer transfers at payoneer, revupcard does it.

                  Well with revup you can link directly to your bank account, I dont think you can do that with payoneer...
