What do you consider a "big" site?

As big as you got my friend. I could certainly spend more than $7K if it is extremely big. Anyway hoping for something around 10K unique/day, but will consider those sites that have less traffic depending on niche and site age etc.

From the above quote, it sounds like I'm looking for a 10k site, but what I meant to say is I'm looking for at least a 10K site, but will consider smaller site as well.

Ok, I get some faqs in my email that are asked frequently so I'm going to post it here:

- Yes I'm interested in tube/dump site beside TGP.
- I'm not just looking to buy 1 site. I'm looking to buy any sites are a good deal or fair value.
- My budget is unlimited! LOL, I'm going to buy out all the free site ;), just kidding.

Clickyclick,before you will buy anything,request access to trade script or counter stats to see does site realy have traffic as it is declared.Also telling people how you have unlimited funds it's bad idea beacuse then people think " o look this sucker i can sell my site for 10x bigger price of what is worth".You would be suprised how people overrate value of their sites.

Yes this is true. Whenever your spending that kinda money you gotta take things very serious. Unless of course you like throwing money away.

Also maybe good advice is starting a site first and seeing how you like it, and maybe get the hang of things.

Hey KlenTelaris, thanks for the comment/advice. I'm not surprise how people overrate the value of their sites. In fact 90% of all offers I get is overrated. Because I respect the seller confidentiality so I certainly will not discuss it here. But I can certainly say their are a lot of folks who think I'm an idiot. I already have several websites in my profile, and I know what I would consider fair value. I have a definite number in my head as how much I'm willing to pay for the site base on per unique visitors, not raw/impression, or clicks. As for revenue, I also don't look at it for a number of reasons but the most common is since I notice some webmaster have several sites and they show proof of revenue not from that site they are selling only but from a collection of sites they own and don't disclose. Of course there's other things to look at like you say trade traffic, or design, script, etc, etc. that may increase/decrease the site and I also look at these too.

However, these ridiculous offer like a 3K raw for $5K, 2K traffic sites for $3K or a 10K site for $7K and even 500 visitors for $2K (yes that's an offer I was given by a webmaster LOL). Haven't these people see posting on GFY lately???? I bought several sites and they come nothing close to these ridiculous offers. In a way I don't mind people sending me these kind of stupid offer as I get a chance to laugh my ass out loud.

I mainly value the site what other sites on this and other forums are selling for. I think this is the fairest way to value a site for a buyer/seller. Of course buyer would want to get the cheapest possible, and seller want the highest possible, but sometimes that not possible and I'm Ok with it. I can understand if someone value their site very high or they think that's what it is worth then good for them. I don't have a problem with that but I'm not going to buy something I don't see it worth that much. Plain and simple, so if the guy who send me an offer of his 500 unique for $2K, good for him if he thinks his site is worth that much, but I don't.
