    Mojohost fucking rocks

    I must say that I haven't seen this level of support on a Saturday night anywhere else in adult and I've been with 4 other hosts here (2 of them really big ones with own datacenters) and dealt with a bunch of other companies.

    Hats off to Brad for running such a great operation.

          yup i put in 2 tickets so far tonight (1 for ftp's)....done in less than an hour at a very low importance level, no need to escalate

          and now i have a ticket in for a MAJOR (elective) mail setting change on my box, which will probably take the tech forever for all i know....but i can sit back & relax because i know Mojohost is there/has my back & will have it done by the time i wake up tomorrow...and i am a TINY customer right now with only 1 cheap box....and i feel the love/professionalism at a HUGE customer level

          which is why as our new program grows more & more boxes will be moved over their way.....

              I have been with 4 other host before Mojohost myself. It's going to be a year soon since I switched over and now I realize what exactly it means when they say - focus on growing your site, instead of keeping it on line.

              PS - I'm not paid for this advertisment :D
