2) take 30 K find somebody talented (likely in Eastern Europe) and shoot about 50 x 30 minute "creative" and interesting videos... Best would be GG,since the girls do not mind doing girls and give no hassles. ( look at sites like iFellmyslef and Lesbea or Massageroom and get inspired).
3) take the rest 10 K and invest into some marketing campaign.
In 12 months you will get your money back and make another 50 k on top of that.
