    Relaunching XoXoLeah.com - Looking for some advice

    Hey all,

    You guys remember Leah... XoxoLeah home ? She was one of the hottest teen solo sites years back. I haven't touched it in 5 years.. literally nothing. So I redesigned and added higher resolution content for it. Some of you will remember back in the day (2008) she was killing it. No, there is no new shooting going on, but there is some new content that wasn't released before now available. Its also mobile responsive now, etc. Not saying its going to surge like it did before, but if I were to get some advice of how to approach this what would you say?

    Isn't there some truth to the fact since it hasn't been pushed in years that some marketing of a hot 18 year old with a lot of content can do OK?

    I want to get some affiliates to give it a shot. Site is active and the affiliate site is as well Welcome to XoXoCash.com | Put CA$H In Your Pocket!

    I'd love to get some advice from you guys on what you think a good approach will be or any thoughts in general. Sure, we all know it wont blow up massive like it did before, but isn't a hot 18 year old STILL a hot 18 year old for the eyes that haven't seen her before?

                                      I have plans to continue to update with other content of the same genre, sexy teens. Perhaps that can help carry on beyond the content available which actually should last a bit.

                                              no when you let a site die, its easier to start a new one or release the content in zips, its very very hard to revive it, people stop searching for her, they remember it doesnt update anymore.

                                              release the content in zips in a store, each are one time payment and do it that way. epicpanda does it that way with special content and they make very good money with them

                                                          There isn't that many people who will come across her though, there are hardly any affiliate sites left in the niche and tubes dont do much for softcore models.

                                                          The existing traffic on solo affiliate sites have bookmarkers

                                                          So sure there are some people out there who haven't seen her but majority of them aren't fans of softcore solo content, they prefer hardcore like the vast majority and the others who wouldn't be opposed it, dont tend to find their way to it anymore

                                                                              These are great points. There are definitely some challenges in it. I need to reach who still runs affiliate sites in the niche and see what it brings. I believe at the right price point she has the look that will get signups. That was the thing about her, she had the look that blew up. I think there is still a splash that can be made. It's about reaching people who want to see it. Very well put though and understand the points. Thank you.

                                                                                  On my PC it looks weird and pixelated, but once I start shrinking it down, the design looks fine.

                                                                                          Best of luck! I would give it a good six month push and see what kind of traction you get. Then by the end of this year you might have an idea of where the site is at and where it is going (if anywhere).

                                                                                          But if you are not happy with revenue by then I would move on to new sites.

At that point one of my ideas is to continue it with other girl updates be it one girl or different girls each week. There will be a lot to decide, but once I get this working Ill go into that phase. You can rotate the Updates since most rebills are 2-3 month average. If you rotate for six months it will look new to everyone who is still a Member and the time to do it is now when you re-launch.

                                                                                                                              I would also offer a one-time only price since you are unsure of how the site will do and how people might react to the lack of updates (see above).

                                                                                                                              But mostly I would shift YOUR focus and instead of thinking of this site like how it was years ago, instead view it as a stepping stone so you can re-invest the profits into new sites. A kickstarter for your Porn Life 2.0 if you will.

                                                                                                                              Hit me up anytime for tips and tricks. I have a few solo girl sites that no longer update and still make consistent sales.

                                                                                                                                      Everywhere I click takes me to a join page, I think you could actually provide some "free" content on a few of those images... And, only ONE page? Come-on... Where is the BIO, and pages like that, normally all solo sites have?

                                                                                                                                      Nowadays, people want to somehow "interact" with the models, making there thing kinda personal...

                                                                                                                                      If I landed on that page, I would close it right away if she wasn't that hot :D

                                                                                                                                          The page I had before was heavily designed but also very dated and not mobile friendly at all. I'm not suggesting the new site is amazing by any stretch. I think it's good advice to add perhaps one more page with more samples and personalize it a bit. Thanks for chiming in.... it helps.

That's great for retention, but it might be helpful to have some indication of that content on the site and program tours to bring in new members and affiliates.

                                                                                                                                                                                  Whilst your idea makes perfect sense, it's only going to work if you're not relying on affiliates for the traffic. I've noticed as soon as a girl is inactive, they're done with them... so I guess unless you're going to get her back modelling, it's probably not such a great idea. You could turn it into a multi model site like Leah and friends and focus on the new girls, but it may be easier just to start from scratch and push upsells through to the already existing site. I have a model that wants to come back after 5 or so years and i'm in two minds, even with it being brand new content. A lot has changed in the last few years with the industry so it'll be harder now than it was before, and inactive model won't help you unfortunately.

As of right now I am going to push forward and see what I can get accomplished. I think it can do good, and I also am in the mindset of Leah and Friends all the way! I have a couple really hot girls Im getting on board and prepping for them to be added in time. Thanks for the time to post. Ill keep updated on how it goes!

I wouldn't even consider it unless it's PPS. There's no chance of that recurring.

                                                                                                                                                                                              Multi site is the only way to go for a good results.
                                                                                                                                                                                              you can't get the dead site selling great again, even if you have some content left, i guess it's not much.
                                                                                                                                                                                              You can make a new multi model site with much better design (this one is not great at all, to be honest), and Leah will be a main model, + you will make an announcement for the new , never realized sets of her, and keep it with new updates. (her and other models)
                                                                                                                                                                                              This way you have a chance for successful site, other way...it won't work (in my opinion)
