    Mini-me AKA Verne Troyer Sues TMZ and KB for $20 million

    Verne Troyer has filed a $20 million lawsuit, claiming TMZ violated his rights by publishing and airing portions of his sex tape.

    In the suit, filed today in U.S. District Court in downtown L.A., Troyer claims TMZ violated his privacy rights and infringed on his copyright and trademark by running portions of the tape on TMZ TV and TMZ.com. He also alleges TMZ violated his right of publicity and misappropriated his name and likeness.

    Troyer says the tape was stolen and ended up in the hands of Kevin Blatt, the guy who distributed "One Night in Paris." Blatt is also named as a defendant.

    In addition to damages, Troyer wants an injunction prohibiting further dissemination of the video.

                                                                                          Honestly if the courts were used in publicity for the sake of publicity and say for instance just to settle for his prearranged cut. I would love to see the courts take a bite out of peoples asses for it.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  Andre kjendiser spekulerer derimot at Troyer selv står bak lekkasjen av sexvideoen.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  Det er ikke bare det amerikanske nettstedet som må forberede seg på drama ettersom 39-åringen også skal ha bestemt seg for å gå til søksmål mot den profilerte pornoselgeren Kevin Blatt.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  Blatt er mannen bak Paris Hiltons sexvideo «A Night in Paris». Filmstjernen skal ha sagt at han tror Blatt står bak distribusjonen av den stjålne videoen.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  Troyer som er filmaktuell med filmen «The Love Guru» hvor han spiller en frekk, men morsom liten mann, krever i søksmålet 20 millioner dollar inkludert saksomkostninger, samtidig som han vil sikre seg mot at videoen blir ulovlig publisert andre steder.
