Due to the fact that we have launched a new videochat website among our websites portfolio, we are interested to find a buyer for the oldest adult videochat project in Portugal named Tempodeantena.com
We are interested in selling the Domain Tempodeantena.com (ptcams.com and ve-me popular domains in portugal too) and all its assets that include the full site aswell (Code) and performer/affiliate/studio/customer databases and making the connection pool with the development company that build it (in order for further questions or coding evolutions).
Brief Description of the project:
Tempodeantena.com currently has 80.000 customer emails database, 600 live cam models database emails and 100 studios database emails.
One key benefict is that 80% of studios + models database are Brazilian Girls who are sexy and demanded by international customers.
Tempodeantena.com domain (ptcams.com + ve-me.com domains) have also seed traffic, because more than 200 Portuguese and Spanish webmasters affiliates still promote it since 2003.
The tempodeantena.com project has most of its end user(customer) traffic from Portugal (Its end user core market is portugal)
We have stopped to advertise it and activelly manage it since Jan 2008 and it is still getting 3k-4k uniques visitors each day and some of them are active buyer users.
Tempodeantena.com once used to had 5-6k unique /day
Well, our Portugal (EU) accounting confirms gross sales for tempodeantena.com were somehow 230.000 euros last year (2007).
These details can be confirmed by our Accounting and IRS and IRC fiscal documents and also by SIBS.pt (our merchant processor for that site) upon a signed NDA.
In this videochat business you can get net margins from 25% to 50%, depends on how much you pay affiliates, models, etc and how huge are your fixed costs (hardware maintenance, hosting fees and such). You can of course get more margins, it depends on your business model and how much % you intend to give to all partners that are envolved( affiliates, studios, models)
Suggested Pricing:
We are thinking about a business coeficient between 0,85 and 1,20 from the Total sales volume achieved last year.
So a full price range between 195.500 to 276.000 euros (between 300.000 to 430.000 usd), depending on how much migration effort and tutorial accessment the buyer would need from us in order to start earning money and depending of course the type of buyer (if it is or not an already established adult ebusiness company)
If needed and upon a signed NDA, we can give site visits stats, IRC and IRS documents, and such confirmation papers that detail why we are asking this price.
Even though the market is full of videochat sites, it is clear that Tempodeantena.com is the oldest one in Portuguese Market (6 years in business, lots of seed trafic from old affiliates) and it is a good and nice videochat tech platform and an already running site that can be much profitable in other hands ;)
We are just too tired of having to manage so many videochat sites (we do have 3), we are not focusing our marketing strategy and we are also moving to other totally different type of projects and we need to fund ourselfs ;)
