The guy should be proud of himself. I´m sure it took a lot of work to lose all of that weight. congrats to him - i'm sure a good plastic surgeon can do a lot with the excess skin but bet it costs a 100K and probably a lot more. doubt it will ever look totally normal but in clothes he should be ok.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I saw a guy similar to him once on some TV show. He had the excess skin removed but it left horrible scars.
I guess in the end it's definitely worth it. I'd rather have a few bad scars instead of being 600 pounds and unable to function in society.Comment

it was crazy the amount of pain she was going through... she almost lost a leg because it got infected... just gross

I can't remember whether it was this guy or another one, but i heard this story where some guy was extremely obese, like in the range of 700-900lbs and then he lost 2 thirds of his weight and ended up looking like this guy in the picture, with a lot of lose skin. He was poor but his relatives and other family had donated over 200k for his skin removal surgery. He looked good afterwards. Only to gain back some 400 pounds immediately in the following year.....
