tebows been working with tom bradys passing guru. that plus the fact tebow will be working for offensive guru chip kelly (as opposed to rex ryan), i think there is upside potential here.

They reworked his arm slot and mechanics to get a true spin on the ball. He has done well over 10,000 reps with the new motion over the past 18 months. They say 10k is the number of reps required to make something muscle memory, and not having to think.

i think he's smart enough. He speaks at an intelligent level when addressing the media. knows how to stay out of trouble. i think the jury is still out cause he's only had a season of reps at the pro level. most QBs stink for more than a year before getting good. the montanas & mannings are the exception.
in any case he will have the best set of cirumstances in his life to step up. it will be a hell of a story should he capture his dream. there's no question he keeps working for it, no matter how many times he fails. usually people get what they want in life when they work endlessly for it.
