Oh ya just sort of a geek and since we have such movies as Wanted, Watchmen (so hopeful yet feeling a possible let down), wolverine (bleh, ya hang me), wonder woman (bondage anyone), all very close on the horizon. -
I'm still hoping someone will do a live action version of Marshall Law :-)
Honestly, depending on the comic, I'll even settle for a really good animated version. Marshall Law, Those Annoying Post Bros., Checkered Demon would make great indy animation films.

I really do hope so. Just from the trailers, he deserves to win.
ASM, I realize that graphic novels are entirely different than comics and that those can be some very gritty and well done movies.
In my previous post, I was simply not referring to them... comic book movies, the super hero ones... the bottom shelf kids comics that turn movies, they don't fare too well at the awards usually.
